We are working to better understand our diverse workforce through our voluntary Self-ID initiative. The following data has been collected through these efforts. Currently, our voluntary Self-ID adoption in the U.S. is slower than we’d like. We recognize that we have significant work ahead to drive completions and ensure we have comprehensive data that reflects the actual populations of these communities.
Equal Pay
We believe in equal pay for equal work. As part of this commitment, we conduct a pay assessment every year to adjust salaries by gender, race, and ethnicity. We adjust salaries up, never down.
